Rabbit ate a piece of onion leaf.. Should I be concerned?

i went with my rabbit to the cabinets and I saw that he found something beside the fridge and I’m more than sure that it was a onion leaf. It sounded really crunchy so.. Yeah. Unless it was something else but I was able to identify it because he was already chewing and he wouldn’t let me open his mouth. Whatever it was it wasn’t a big piece. Will he survive or will he get sick? He’s eating hay right now so that’s good. Will hay and water be fine to wash anything down.
 
Onion leafs are no problem, plants like chives are sometimes used as an preventative against coccidosis, can't tell if it works, but at least it doesn't do harm.
