Hi lovely bun parents 💓 I've recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it effects all my joints even my hands. Basically I'm having troubles pulling the hay bale apart and I'm in need of some ideas of how to pull it apart without using my hands/fingers!? Any ideas? Please share!! Thanks in advance with lots of nose ****s from Zivah.

I'm assuming that it comes in a compressed bale? It might help to separate it as best as you can then put the large sections in a garbage bag (unless it comes in a bag) and shake it, losing it. Then it might be easier to pull apart. You could also try using the heel of your foot (you probably will need a shoe on) to pull the sections apart. (Getting creative here) Could you maybe sit on it and hope that it separates into smaller sections?

Thanks for your response! Yes it comes compressed in a bag. I'll give your ideas a go! 👍🌷
