Bo- when Rick and I split.. we canceled the trailer order..and it just so happened that my next door neighbor is gettin hitched.. FINALLY.. (the dewd's 33 and no kids and never married and enjoys the ladies) so we sold him our property.. so he gets a total of 3 acres to hunker down on.. and they will build square in the middle of it..
I will retain the pasture land down the road, which was actually most important to me out of all of it, and it's large enough, for the boys to split down the middle, and have at LEAST 10 acres apiece.. plus the barns, and have somewhere to stick a lil house or trailer or whatever they want..
