I found Jordi wouldn't eat much for the first 48hours after her spay. She did eat alfalfa hay if I hand fed it to herthough so that's what I did. The vet also gave me additional pain medsto give to her.

Also, another thing I didn't know at the time was to keep them warmcause their body temperature drops. Not too warm though. Give her anice soft towel to lie on. Keep us updated!

Great news that all went well. Her appetite will be off for a couple of days, but I know she's in good hands with her mom.
