My bunny is sick. His head is tilted and when I pick him up he kinda goes limp or he'll flop his body. It's almost like he's having a seizure. I dont know what to do. Any advise please.

I'm afraid there isn't much we can do, apart from saying to see a vet ASAP.
Maybe someone has a suspicion of what is going on, something like EC, but that doesn't replace the vet.

Head tilt is a condition that has many different causes. The sooner you get to a vet, the better the chance for recovery (once a cause has been determined).
I had a rabbit that was fine one evening. In the morning, her head was slightly tilted. I got her to the vet within hours but unfortunately she had central vestibular disease and was not able to recover. That is more rare, apparently, but just wanted to stress the potential seriousness of head tilt.

He passed away just a bit ago. I have no idea what went wrong?
