Is there no way to post such a message at the old address? I mean, when you google "rabbit forums," it's the first one that comes up... this one doesn't seem to come up anywhere...

Unfortunately, no. It would have been done already if we could have. There was a serious glitch and the techie admins can't access the website at all now without the owner's codes. We haven't been able to contact her for nearly a year, so it's pretty much a lost cause.:?

I really hope everyone can find their way back!

I want to thank the members who helped promote this board. When the board shut down last May I worried that I wouldn't be able to find you guys again. Thanks to someone who promoted this site on another rabbit discussion forum I finally found Rabbits online again. I was so excited when I discovered that the board had a new address, in my haste I didn't think to remember the board that I had found the information on, or sadly the member who had promoted this site.

I'm bumping this thread (and thanking who ever it was who invited Leaf, who is now our latest Moderator. What a score. ;)

We still REALLY need to get the word out there. Tons of Rabbits Only members (and others) still don't know where we are.

:thanks:

I've got it listed as a hotlink on my MySpace page, but I'll do a few more bulletins, maybe one a week, or something, letting everyone know...never know who didn't see the last bulletins I did back in May/June.

Also, I've got it both as a hotlink and a regular web addy on my email signature. :D

I'll start posting Craigslist ads again, too.

Hugs!

Rosie*

P.S. So, we're still having problems with people finding us?

:bouquet:

And yes, searches like 'Rabbit Forums' and 'Rabbit Sites' won't bring up the new address, or at least not in the first 10 pages of links. Only the old site. We only come up in a search engine if it says 'Rabbits Online'.

The emails for a lot of the members were wrong, so for many, we just just disppeared.

Ijust PM'd SAS on this issue. I will be trying to see if I can find the owner this Sunday. I'll PM SAS with my results.
