Here they are together the middle 2 are the ones I’m worried aboutIf they weren't fed they would be dead by now, and 4 is a rather small litter unless maybe it's a small dwarf breed. To me they don't look alarmingly bad in that picture. Also hard to tell a sice difference if they are not in the same picture.
In bigger litters I take out the fattest 1/4 of the kits out for one feeding to give the stragglers a better chance at the milk buffet, but I'm not sure that would make much difference with just 4 kits.
Anyway, it can happen that there are runts in a litter, they mostly catch up once they eat solids if there isn't something wrong.
