Hi there ! I’m a bunny mom to my lovely 6 years old girl This evening I noticed an acne like little bump that seem to look like it’s filled with pus on her head hidden beneath furs just next to her ear. I haven’t noticed any change in her behaviour nor her eating habits but I’m genuinely worried on what it could be :( I was wondering if anyone has any idea or some advice they could give me

Make sure that's not a tick, as it looks like it could be the engorged body of one.

If you checked and it's not a tick but is verified to be a pustule on the skin, it may just be a build up of sebum in the sebaceous gland. These usually just clear up on their own.

But if it's not and is instead white pus from an infection, it could be an abscess getting ready to burst, just an infected pore, or an infected small wound. Really no way to say the extent until it bursts or is lanced, and the pus is extracted out of there. If it's just the pore or small sore, it will likely heal on its own once the pus is released. But I'd probably also use a light dab of plain Neosporin (no added pain relief) a couple times a day, to help clear up the infection (just my opinion, consult with a vet if you aren't sure and/or need medical advice).

If it's more extensive and is an abscess, this will need to be evaluated by a knowledgeable rabbit vet, as rabbit safe systemic antibiotics are likely needed. Or if you have any concerns about it or the severity, it's always best to consult with a knowledgeable rabbit vet.

Are you able to view it under any sort of magnification, like with a loupe? (Or if you have one of those popular computer phones, it'll likely do something similar.)
