I may be doing this wrong, starting a new topic,but I took some pictures of Sophie's balding. Sorry they might be a bitblurry, I had to take them on my phone since my camera wasn't working.I think it may look a little more dramatic in person than in thepictures. Anyways, thoughts would be great.

I looked at her bald patch today and i noticed asmall area of her skin is starting to peal. I dont know what this mightbe though, it's worring me a bit.

Does she scratch or bite herself a lot? She could possibly have mange mites.

Is there skin/fur around her eye wet? Does she have any eye discharge?

I think it's time to get her to a vet. This could haveseveral different causes, all of which should be treated. Itis possible that it's overgrooming from the buck, but IMO I think it'smore likely to be something else. Mites, fungal infection,etc.

I highly recommend a vet visit. Thisis the pattern that a fungal infection often begins with on theface. Fungal infections can be spread to humans, so becautious when handling.
