Pet Rats need help ASAP

It's been a long time since I had a rat, I stopped getting them after I lost my last one. The shortness of their little lives is hard on me. I was willing to go for it for a special situation like this, though. But I didn't really want to go looking for one, I am needing to not add any more right now. Thanks anyway.
