I haven't tried the papaya tabs (she loves, loves, loves the dried bits as a treat!), but I'm wondering if the tabsdo the trick better?

The dried papaya brand I use is called "Garden Goodies" Ingrediants:Dehydrated papaya only. No sugar or any additives.Found atPetSmart/PetCo in the bird section.

What is your preference? Tabs or dehydrated?

Being that I usually have 25 to 30 rabbitshopping around here, for financial reasons (they each get 2 a day), Ihave to get the tablets. I buy mine from Puritans Pride, Inc.(human vitamin supplier) and get 3000 tablets for $34, includingshipping. I buy the ones that have a little sugar (sucrose)in them as the little buggers refused to eat the ones withoutit! Charlotte

I use the tablets, I'd have to look for sure, but I don't think they have sugar. They LOVE them...I get 500for 10 bucks.

I always taste everything before I give it to mybunnies and those papaya tablets are so good! I could eatthem myself.

Just a warning....rabbit pellets aren't so good tasting. ;)

If you go with the tablets, make sure it says "No Sugar Added" on the outside, same with the dried papaya.

do you happen to know the product number ??? that would be the best way to go when buying them!!

Where can you find the papaya tablets? I lookedat walmart, no luck- we have an Agway but they just have Yogurt dropsand stuff. I don't really want to buy them online because mom hatesgiving out her credit card #.

Hello, Sweetness =)

How often should I feed them the tablets? I have tried thedried bits and they LOVED them. And they worked like acharm. Cleaned them out quite nicely. (EW! - sorry)

Hugs!

The Zoo Crew gets dried and it worksgreat. I really wish they would eat the tablets though, it would be somuch cheaper. I guess I should be grateful they eat it at all.

Guinevere will eat the Papaya tabs from Oxbow(sugarless) but Gir REFUSES to eat a papaya tab unless it has a littlesugar in it the sweet toothed pain in my rear...

I get mine at Walmart in the vitamin isle

Brimmhere....I buy #1135. They don'thave it in the 500 count bottle so, they send me #1133 (same thing inthe 250 count bottle) but, is a little cheaper. It does havea trace amount (less than 1.0) of sugar.....less than GNC which is1.5. All my buns, except Mugsy, lovethem. She will only eat the GNC brand (which I do get, justfor her!!)! Charlotte

I just wanted to take a moment to saythank you again for Fedora. In about two weeks Gypsy will be bringingher here to Virginia.

I have a few questions if you don't mind. Is she spayed? Whatfruits and veggies has she had? Which ones does she seem to prefer.Does she have any favorite toys? If so what kind. Any thing else youcan think of will be appreciated.

Thank you so much. Jeremy is sooo very excited and thanks you also.

Tina

Wooley Girl has been renamed?Kool!!! She will eat just about any veggie but, waits tillyou are gone to eat them. After all, she is alady!!! I gave Gypsy all her belongings (packed herbag). She never seemed too interested in toys. Shehad a bell thing that she would move, every now &then.......too much exertion would muss up her hair-do!
I honestly do not know if she has been spayed. Ibought her, at a Pet Shop, on Jan. 6th, for $20. She had beendropped there between Dec. 22nd (the last time I had been there) andwhen I picked her up. The Staff weren't any help with info onher. I would not think that a spayed rabbit would be droppedoff & sold for $20. That's all I can tellyou. After hearing about how she is with Cassie, I know thatshe will Love Jessie, too.

I got mine at Walmart in the Pharmacy in the vitaminsection. The brand I got wasSwiss Naturals Super Papaya Enzymes. They had twotypes, regular and super. Get the Super90 tablets- 90mg. It has bromelainincluded. Regular doesn't haveit. I can feed Pebbles up to three tablets aday. They are expensive, as they are forhuman consumption.

Rainbows! :)

Edit: I see that there is sugar in the ingredients.

Charlotte, Thank you so much. She soundslike a pampered princess. Thank you for everything and most of allthank for Fedora. I love her already and can't wait for to comehome.
