These are the 3 kits that were born to our Speedy (Black and White, Mama and Pebbles Brown Papa...we thought they were both girls!) There were 5 kits but 2 died. They are 11 days old today and these pics were taken today. We bought the parents because our kids begged us for them, but deep down both my husband and myself wanted them for ourselves. We bought them in January of this year when they were 3 months old. We were told they were called mini dwarfs, but I'm not sure what breed they are. They are kept inside and only go out with us. Pebbles is a biter. He just doesn't enjoy being held or pet...not affectionate at all. Hopefully he will be happier once he's neutered...does that sound right?

This is the smallest of the 3 and the most easy going, the other 2 are quite energetic. I'm not sure if the buns are boys or girls. Maybe someone can help me out, but they all look the same down under. The kits seem to enjoy hopping around outside of their nest. They just go crazy when they smell their mama. She's feeds them twice a day, right in front of us and cleans them well. You can see from the picture below that she pulled a lot of fur. I thought she was going to make herself a hairless bunny!

Speedy is such a wonderful bunny. She always licks us and is very easy going. Pebbles, below, is another story. He just prefers to nibble on you and doesn't realize that it really hurts. We just let him hop around, we don't hold him much. It was such a shock to me to find out he was in fact a he. I still can't believe this happened, but now we know how to prevent it and Pebbles will be going next week to be neutered. Poor guy... Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed the pictures!!

Aww what cute little babies you have!

With regards to the biting, any aggression will most likely decreaseafter he is neutered. My Basil used to bite and be very aggressive before his neuter... Now hes an absolute lover.

Cant wait to see more pics of your buns!!
