My children and I would like to start showing. I would appreciate opinions on the elops and mini rex. If I understand correctly the broken black elop should have all black ears? Sorry about the posing. Im new to this and need a lot of practice.

Thanks

Misty

Out of the standard:

"There should be a nose marking (butterfly preferred), a dark circle around each eye, and a dark colored ears. Blanket body pattern is preferred. The color line should start behind the head, on the shoulders, and make a sweep to the lower part of the hips. Feet and legs should be white, with exception of elbow spots, which are normal and desirable. Animals are to conform to the Lop Color Guide description of color for their variety or group. Eyes--Color to conform to the Lop Color Guide descriptions."

THis is my buck. He has the pretty standard markings. I'm not great with brokens, and kind of don't want to work with them lol, but he got good comments

he's def not set up correctly.

The biggest issue with the solid would be the crown. But it may be the way you have her posed. They're the only lops with NO visible crown

Color/markings are only worth a total of 4 points, so don't worry about a little white on the ears.

Good luck with posing a junior English Lop - they are notorious for doing everything on the table except posing.

In the two photos, the rear feet are too far forward (on both rabbits), spoiling their semi-arch type.

Like Pam said it is so hard to pose a JR Elop mine love to pose for 1 2 sec and just before the pic hop away. I try buy holding the head down then push the back end where it needs to be some times it works and sometimes it don't. Hear is a pic of me trying to pose a JR.

it did not work out so good I say in the pic he was 12 weeks or so.

well i know for sure that the mini rex isnt positioned properly. you need to get them in a stance so that when you look at them from above, they look like a big ball. they are supposed to be pretty circular. you have a really nice colour though...i think so anyways.
