One Year Ago--Still Hurts

It doesn't seem possible, but, today is the one year anniversary of Cmdr Bun-Bun's passing to the Bridge. Just read of Summer's passing and got all filled with tears. I'm never quite so happy as when I log on here and there are now new entries. Anyway, I digress. Hello my little girl, we miss you so much. I still look at your pictures everyday and added some more to the screen saver. Say hi to all my other bridge bunnies--Commodore Stockton, Mel, Nik-Nik, Lilly, and Mr. B. Everyone here misses you--Me, Nancy, Daniel, Nicky 2, Stew 2, Hoss, Beth, Molly, Theodore, Bonny, Bambi, Serena, Charlene, Hutch, Peter, Coal, and Spike. Binky free at the bridge my little girl. We miss you very much.:cry2

Thanks everyone--we will always miss all of our bridge bunnies--Bun-Bun was very special to us as she was our very first rescue. She had so much personality, that it seems impossible that she's gone and that it has been a year.

I know how you feel it's so hard losing our beloved pets. Those special pets make it that much more difficult. It's been a month since Flash passed and I'm still a mess.

Thanks for caring. I know you are missing your Flash too! Time goes by so **** fast but it still doesn't soften the hurt that much. We always expect to look at the sliding door and see her there in the middle, looking out into the back yard. I've got a pair of pants that I haven't worn in a year because she chewed a bunch of holes in the cuff and I don't want them to wear out--as long as I have them I have a piece of my little girl. The only real consolation we have is that she isn't sick and in pain anymore. Just wished there was more we could have done.
