Not drinking water from bottles!

Summer is approaching and iam sure they need more and more water here in the Middle East. Our pets are 3-4 months old and they have not yet got used to the bottle. We tried various ways for them to drink water for these inverted bottles but failed!

How can we make them used to the bottle!! Any suggestions !!! :?

Can you just use water bowls? If you have to use bottles then try putting some mashed banana on the tip of the spout - maybe they don't realize water comes from there.

Don't know of any way to make a bunny drink from a water bottle. Ours just did it with no effort or coaching from us.

I agree with putting something yummy on there for them to start licking and then hopefully they will get it... That is what we did with puppies when we gave them bottle during traveling when they where in a crate... At first they didn't know what the heck to do but we put some peanut butter on the tip and they figured it out quick! Never tried it with a bunny but, thats what I would do...

Otherwise, you might just have to use a bowl. Ice cubes in a bowl are also great, and gets them to drink more cuz they are busy playing with them...
