So very sad to hear of your loss.It is always heartbreaking,particularly when someone is young,but believe me when I say that it doesn't getany easier just because you're a grown-up person.I have broken my heart over rabbit deaths,and know how you feel.There is no simple answer and no meaningless words which will take the pain away.It just takes time,and even thennyou never forget them because you loved them and they loved you.Perhaps that is the most important thing to remember-the sheer unconditional love you gave and that he gave you-it's a beautiful thing and the price of it is grief,Be strong for him.
