I'm only familiar with rescue activities of unwanted or abandoned rabbits. People get them quickly and later lose interest. As

My rescued dutch man, we've had several dutches through the years, just turned 10 and he has lung cancer and cataracts. He sees a vet routinely and is on meds for pain management. He came from an outdoor old-technology place that gave away rabbits to young girls as birthday presents.

I mention JBun's website to prospective adopters being a rescue bunny mom for 20 years. Previously socializing at the local shelter for the surrendered rabbits of all sizes and ages. Back in the day, I learned of many that got euthanized.
