Here is a picture of Dunkin's NIC cage! I still need to put the door's and flooring. A rod will be going under the roof as well for support. I need to ask a friend if they can cut down the rods though. Dunkin is going to have a ton of room! He is a small bunny and I can fit inside the cage without issue.

I need suggestions on what to put on the bottom of the pan for more traction. It looks like I will be using those straw mats on the level.
If I could just find the right size. :grumpy:

I don't think he'll have too much of a problem with traction, to be honest. The ridges will help, but I have bunnies who live on lino, in cages with smooth plastic bottoms, and on hardboard wood, and they've all gotten used to it and don't really slip.

As for the shelves - what about a piece of wood? Or is Dunkin not well litter trained? Is he a chewer? What about lino tiles? Carpet pieces?

Thanks for the advice! :)

I wont put anything on the bottom, well probably like a straw mat for the corner. Dunkin has very good litter box habits. I'm going to put lino tiles on the level and lay two pillow cases on top for extra comfyness.
