I made this and wanted to know if it looks safe enough and spacious to run in and out of i the side in ducktape so its abit safer since they seem to not like chewing our ducktape

Chewing the cardboard is ok even eating tiny pieces here and there is ok as long as they don't eat a lot. Looks safe to me!

Next time don’t bother with the duct tape, buns love to chew cardboard and it isn’t too bad for them as long as they don’t eat it in excess, and it would provide and good bit of fun enrichment. Your structure seems fine to me! As long as your bunnies like it that’s what matters.
