Neutering

So Pepper just got neutered yesterday. He was brought home and he was eating hay and the treat we gave him. I checked on him this morning and has peed but he hasn’t pooped yet and it kind of worries me... i have him in my spare bedroom so he has a quiet place to relax and heal. And i have given him his pain meds and checked his incision and it looks fine. Just worried about him not pooping yet.

Rabbits don’t do as well as other animals after being fixed, and the stress from it can cause problems sometimes. Keep a close eye on him. It might just be that he’s stressed out and will get over it in a few days. If it doesn’t go away in a few days take him back to the vet.
