It looks to me like your rabbit could possibly have pinworms. They will appear to be translucent thread like worms. In your photo it looks like there may be some on the poop.
If your rabbit does have pinworms then this is likely the cause of the odd poop. Pinworms in rabbits is usually treated with the antiparasitic fenbendazole. I'm not sure what is available in your country, but if you have Panacur for rabbits that's what I would use to treat it. Or if you have a good rabbit vet you should be able to get the right medication from them.
Take a look at the pictures in the link below to see if the pinworms look like what's in your rabbits poop. You will need to check the poop within 5 minutes of your rabbit expelling it, as the pinworms can dry up quickly and then you may not be able to see them.
