My 2 Year Old Rabbit Died Suddenly...

Hello.

My favorite Rabbit died last Christmas morning, with no wound or any reason. It was cold, and starting to snow. She was not acting strange or Lonely. There was other rabbit to be with outside. Although she was on the chubbier side, she was a great Rabbit, and had plenty of food and water. Just wanted to investigate what caused her to die. Wanted to know your thoughts on why she died. Thanks for your help.

That will be difficult to determine - especially without knowing more. Had she been eating as usual up to that time? Were her poos normal in quantity and size? What type of enclosure did she have (could a predator have frightened her to death)? Was she always an outside rabbit or had she recently been put outside? What did you mean by "There was other rabbit to be with outside" ?

No, everything was normal, regarding her health. A predator might have frightened her to death. The Rabbits have gotten attacked before, and none have gotten scared to death. this is the first time this has ever happend. She was a outside rabbit with lot of space and buddies.
