Mixed breeds?

Hi, I have two Does that I am not 100% sure of their breed. We got them from someone who owned them for a little while before deciding they didn't want to own rabbits anymore. The all-white one is Penelope. I was told she is a pure Californian, but she doesn't have the black markings. So I was thinking she might be half Californian.
The spotted one is Samantha. We were told she was a Holland and Californian mix. I Googled Holland rabbit and Holland lop came up. I searched for images of the two breeds' babies, but she doesn't look like that mix to me. Since she has a herringbone marking I thought maybe an English Spot and Californian mix. But I don't know for sure.

P.S. The cage in the pictures are not their home

Your white bunny looks just like our boy, Nicky--he's a rescue so we don't know anything about him. Your black and white one looks like our boy Finn--also a rescue and we were told he was part Mini Rex and Havana--just know nothing for sure. We rescued one like that from a shelter that was a full grown English Spot mix--turned out to be a 3 month old Checkered Giant and was 20 pounds at one year with us, so she was maybe 3 months when we got her. Should have checked our crystal ball. Happy and healthy is all we cared about. There are some pics of Finn on the "Rainbow Bridge" section.

Do you have weights on either one of them, and an approximate age? Without knowing that, the white one may be a New Zealand. The broken doesn’t have the body structure for a Spot. So many breeds come in the broken variety that my daughter (@woahlookitsme) did a video of it and posted it here once. @Blue eyes may know where it is on the forum. Pinning it in the Rabbitry section would make it easier to find and can be very useful.

The white one is about 8 pounds and the spotted one is about 6 pounds. I weighed them this morning. Both are about 1year and 5 months old.

I still think the white one is New Zealand or NZ mix. Based on the video @Blue eyes posted (Thank you!) showing all the broken varieties other than English Spot I’m thinking Havana or Satin mix. The video gives max weight of each purebred breed. If your rabbit is a mix of breeds then the weight can be off, depending what it’s mixed with.
