is no longer with us. upon rushin her off to the vet, later..I had to make the decision to put her to sleep, I was cryin like a baby right along with my daughter, losing Lolly was the second hit in two weeks, next to the wild little bunny dying. The vet told me that she had something wrong with her brain, and she was having a seizure. medication was an option, but he said the list was endless as to what could have caused her initial problem. I decided on a few factors on going this route.
1. she was young.... he said she was around 6-7 weeks. i understand that time spent shouldnt matter, but I just felt it was for the best.
2. upon my asking he said that she was probably in pain when the seizure occured and I didnt want to make her suffer again over and over when they would keep reoccuring.
3. I think prolonging her would have just made it harder on me and my daughter, we were SO incredibly close to her, "no one can even imagine" and it just breaks my heart so badly. we held her in our arms before the lady took her and told her we loved her.... the hardest part is always letting go. ! and wondering yet again should we replace her again yet a 3rd time in the hopes that this one will make it and have a great happy life. !
it was nice knowing that she went out with ALOT of love, but getting that adorable little sweet face out of my mind wont be easy. !
thanks for all the advice and prayers.
sadly, Denise.
