Litter trained...now using another corner

I need help. One of my rabbits was litter trained now he is using a seperate corner. Its either because i moved him out of my room or because i haven't had much time to let them out like I used to. Anyone have any tips to help? I keep cleaning up after him asap, and putting the dirty paper towel in his litter box. His food is near or in his litter box. Nothing is working. Wondering if anyone has any good tips.

If it's a specific corner, and you can move the litterbox there, that might help out a lot. Rabbits usually like to decide on their own where to loo.

I should have mentioned there isnt enough room for a litter box in that corner. Not sure if i should just try a smaller box?

If the litter box is big enough for the bun, then yes. Could you share a picture of his setup?

I forgot to let you know @Catlyn that I got the litter box to work where he poops! There was a ramp to the second level that was in the way, but I could slide it under it! I don't know why it took me so long to try this!
