I went to the neighbors house to check on the puppies this morning. The male went to his new home yesterday so there are two females left, the one my neighbor will keep and the white one my friend wants.
Both look good, though the white one is small and occasionally looks wobbly. I may get her in to the vet sometime this week if possible. I'm hoping if she does have problems my friend will still want her. Depending on things, my neighbor friend may keep both her and the blue eyed one.
Levi (my pup) who went camping is currently at the vet office. We think she was bit by a copperhead while out camping but wont find out until later today. She was taken to the vet this morning. Copperhead bites can be BAD but are very rarely fatal for people or animals.
The other neighbor is still wanting me to take their year old pit... my other friend is still hoping I can take one of her Uncle's puppies. They are Peke/Poodle/Chihuahua mix. (I totally bombed the breed mix description earlier in this thread, though at the time it was hard to recall since they have several little breeds - pets I think - I dont know them to be breeders but Im not real familiar with that end of my friends family)
I'm not commiting to ANY dogs to keep at this point but hands down I'd take the Pit (if she'd work out with my animals) over another little squeaky-dog.
I really, honestly need a break.
