Hi, I haven't been on lately, been pretty busy with kids sports, my agility an all. If you remember I have a ND spayed female that will be 6 in November. I have noticed off and on that she would sometimes leak urine when w pick her up. Today I had to wash her bottom twice today from the urine. Also had to put neoporin on her bottom as it was getting red and sore. I will call the vet first thing in the morning and get her in. I am thinking it may be a bladder infection.Just wondering if anyone out there has experienced this problem and how it turned out. Thanks in advance!

It does sound like a bladder infection. The vet will probably prescribe Baytril or something. Hope she's better soon!

ok, now I am really embarrased. I didn't see my posts right away and since I have not been on lately, I thought I was doing something wrong. Oh, I am so embarrased, even on email!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I deleted the extra posts for you.

I agree that the bunn needs medical care ASAP.

Hi Tatum..my little Lulu has a bladder infection and i'm treating her with baytril,

a vet visit is needed as soon as possible, because if she does actually have a bladder infection she will be feeling uncomfortable and sore, and also for the redness on her skin you can use baby nappy rash cream, works like a charm, and it will soothe her irritated skin and will take away the redness:)

Hoping she will be all better real quick:)
