This probably isn't the right place to post, but I don't know anyplace better. Mom's not handy right now so I can't ask her. . (Tiny'sMom daughter here).
One of my old roommates rescued a three-week-old kitten from outside. She's practically broke, but doing all she can to feed him. So, my question has to do with kitten milk replacers, which I hear some rabbit breeders know a lot about!
I'm hoping someone here will either know the answer to my question, or know of a cat forum that's as good as RO is for rabbits! If you know a cat forum where I should ask this question, please post here or PM me so this non-rabbit thread can be deleted
The question is . .
My friend started with Hartz, but I'd heard horror stories about it from Mom and told her to go with PetAg KMR instead. So right now she's using KMR, but it's pretty expensive for her budget. She was at PetSmart and saw that "GNC Ultra Mega Premium Milk Replacer for kittens" is much, much cheaper with the discount she gets.
Is the GNC replacer any good? I can't find any reviews for it, good or bad. Would she be better off sticking with KMR and just eating a little less herself this month?
