well turns out they both have mites , reason pet shop treatment didnt work is coz i should of used 2 pipettes not 1 as the dose was not strong enough , hoping now they have both been treated properly they should be feeling better soon and i will be rid of these awful parasites as i now have a total of 40 bites from them , i got 20 all in yesterday , can humans get a reaction from being bitten from them in excessive amounts , also any ideas to get rid of any left hiding in my flay with out using permerthrerin sprays

I think that you are saying that they have both fleas and mites? I don't think that the fleas will bite but the mites will

In order to get rid of mite and fles you really have totreat the whole house
I'll try to look for the treatment in the library

If i don't come up with anything you could wait for other responses esp Jenk who went to great measure to treat her entire house

I am going to start a new thread asking for others to tell us how they have effectively treated their homes for fleas and mites in a safe away.
