Is this safe for them to eat?

I would go easy on it since, even without added sugar, the cranberries themselves contain sugar - just don't feed more in a day than you would feed regular fruit so that they don't get too much sweet stuff.

Dried cranberries - the generic term for Craisins, which is Ocean Spray's trademark - is like bunny crack. One bite and they're addicted. It's fine for them to eat, although only in small quantities because of the sugar, and they go crazy over it.

I usually buy the generic ones without added sugar in the bulk food aisle, as they're lower in sugar than Craisins and much cheaper. One or two every few days are harmless and Natasha loves them.

I got some the other day for my buns. My Sapphire took it but wouldn't eat it!! Mocha LOVED them. He ended up eating 5 since he got Sapphire's rejects. Silly Sapphire.
