My orange doe delivered 1 chestnut bunny 3 weeks ago. However, I checked on her this afternoon and found a big mess of soft stool covering her genital area. I cleaned it right the way and noticed something weird in her genital area and I am not sure if it is syphilis or not. Please see the pictures attached below

I can't even guess from just a picture as to what's going on, however, I can say that something is not as it should be and there appears to be some kind of infection. You should probably take your bunny to a rabbit savvy vet who can properly assess whether the problem is related to sexual organs or to the GI system and prescribe something that can clear up the issue.

Looks more like inflammation from the stuck poop. If you've been able to keep the poop cleaned off, it should be back to normal now. If not and/or there is white pus, then vet right away. The soft poop is usually from the baby starting to eat too many pellets, from the carbs in the pellets disrupting the microflora in the GI tract too quickly. If more good quality grass hay(no mold, no noxious weeds, low dust) consumption is encouraged and less pellets, that should balance the gut and stop the mushy poop.

Rabbit syphilis is usually indicated by lesions, crustiness, and/or bumps forming around the genitals, eyes, nose, and/or mouth.

It looks sort of flared up. You should get them to a vet asap

Thank you guys for your reply, I am very appreciate your help <3. I took her to the vet that same day and turn out she got irritated from the stuck poops like JBun mentioned. Got medicine for her, change her diet and she is all happy hoppy now. Thank you again !!!
