My rabbits live in xl dog crate with plastic tray. My room is carpeted + linoleum(most of the room) on top of it.
Here is the photo of 1 heel:

I managed to take photo of just one feet, but they both have these dots on the heels. It is really difficult to check his feets. I knew that rexes are more likely to have sore hocks because the fur is short, but when i was occasionally checking his feets i thought that it would be easy to see if he has any. Now i kinda saw it accidentally, because i moved his fur on the feet.
What should i do to heal his heels faster?

I did read that fleece blankets in cage helps. But until now i couldn't put anything inside because Floki would just pee on it.
Another problem is Diva..any blanket will get destroyed by her. So now i really don't know how to make this plastic tray more soft for my boy

Yup, they look just like hocks. Some bunnies are ok with there feet being rapped, if they are you could try. If not there is cream you can get to help it heal faster but make sure it is a BUNNY SAFE. Have a great day!

I don't think i could wrap his feet, he doesn't like when i touch his back feets. Otherwise he doesn't lool like he's in pain, at least that is good i guess.

Very difficult if they pee on/chew soft flooring. You can't really fix this unless you find better flooring. A thick layer of soft straw and hay would be good but not really practical indoors...

Peeing on soft materials improved, so i tried to put rug inside. Then Diva chewed it whenever i try to put blanket inside she just digs it out of underneath her.

Try memory foam mats or foam tiles with a cotton sheet on top? But you need to make sure she doesn't chew them. Flooring is a total nightmare, the bane of my life

That is so true especially when i have 2 different rabbits, one likes to sit somewhere soft and warm, another likes to lay on bare floor.. as soon when shops will open i will try and get something.

It’s not sore hocks yet - but it could turn into sore hocks, if they split and bleed. You’ll find that most Rex house bunnies have them.

But like Diane R said there isn’t much ways to fix it other than improving the flooring - which is really difficult in your case! At this point, I wouldn’t try medicines or wrapping them. If they get inflamed you can give metacam (but it has to be prescribed). The best thing you can do is keep his nails short, make sure he’s not overweight and if you can, soft flooring will help.

Apollo has the same thing without much issues - still running around like a crazy boy.

Most carpet and most rugs are too abrasive. Lino is not ideal either. Maybe try some fleece blankets on top of the carpet?

It’s just a matter of finding what works best for you. A few months ago my room was covering in blankets, fleece, fitted sheets, even an old curtain to see what worked - but Apollo would just dig it up to sleep on the carpet. Now with Athena - who also tears and pees on everything soft, it’s harder again.
What I have now is a flat puppy bed in one side of the room, a huge box of hay in a corner, and under all their hidey houses and toys are blankets (and a tea towel lol) but the middle of the room has the regular carpet. So it’s just different floorings so that they don’t have the same rough floor against their feet all the time. It seems to help with Apollo.

Hi you could try cardboard boxes laying flat on the floor, they are softer than carpet, they are safe and cheap. Good luck.

I find my rabbits like soft fleece which is warm and I think less risky than using towels etc.
