I am so happy!! I got into my uni for Zoology!!! It is Roehampton in London and I was so hoping I would go there!!

My twin sister has ended up with 5 As (sciences, maths and further maths) and is going to Imperial in London too!!!!!

HAPPY HOUSEE!!!!!!!!

Wow! Congratulations!

It's a great feeling to have something like this set out for the future, isn't it!

Hope you guys have luck finding a place to live while studying, I don't know much about london are those two uni's together? will you be able to stay together?

Hehe thanks!!!! Good luck to Hollie!

Dara is in the very centre of London next to Royal Albert Hall and such, and I am by Richmond park. So a little distance but not too far!!!!!!!!! So happy because i wanted to be close to her!

Congratulations :)

It's so different now that you can find out whether you were accepted before you even get your results, makes it a lot less stressful if you get in :)

My brother will get his later, but he's not going to uni this year. He's also not too fussed.

im happy you got into the uni you wanted to get into!
congratsulations!!!

Wow all your results make mine sound poor!!!! Haha well done to everyone. I got BCC but I kinda mucked up. But I have Uni to redeem myself I guess. Was given a last chance with Uni with not great grades so I am very appreciative.

The Uni i am going to requires BBB (what i was predicted) so I was very happy they took me even though I mucked up.

You didn't muck up, you got into uni. The results don't matter because you got onto the course you wanted.

I didn't get my grades when I did A levels (8 years ago) but also got accepted onto my uni choice and I came second in the class. Grades mean very little, the important thing is you got where you wanted to go.

Congratulations to everyone else who got their grades/what they needed or were pleased with their grades too :)

Thanks Tracy what a nice post :)

Second in your class? Wowee. Hope I can be that good when I go! :D

As long as you give it your all, that is the important thing. You may well find a different method of education works well for you and maybe lectures will work better. That's what happened to me, sixth form didn't agree with me at all but uni did, so it is possible to achieve higher than your grades might indicate you should (if that makes sense).

Just go and enjoy yourself and do your best. That's all anyone can do :)

eee give over ... you did really well !! And you got in to your chosen Uni !!! There is so much stress over exams these days .. you give yourself a pat on the back .. (if you can!) .. :biggrin2:

Aw you guys thanks :)

I have to say I am surprised at myself. I got all A*s and As for GCSE so not being particularly great at A levels shocked me. But hopefully Tracy is right and I'll suddenly get back into my swing in Uni. After all, Zoology is my passion. Physics and maths etc. are not...:S :S :S

I think I just really slipped. Didn't realise the work I had to put in until it was too late :( But now I see that hopefully Uni will be fine.

Well done to Hollie! I wish I had done english lit. It was my fav. For some reason I chose 3 science and maths lol. Crrazzyyy.

Congrats Jen, Fran, Michaela and Saffy's daughter!!

I remember getting my A Level results. Such a scary time...

Hope everyone has fun celebrating! :D
