Help, what is coming out of my bunnies butt?

Hi everyone! Last night when feeding my two netherland dwarfs dinner, I noticed Fluffy was having difficulty walking. I picked her up and her hind legs were wet, so I looked closer and noticed a reddish pink thing coming out of her butt, along with some yellow whitish creamy liquid. I immediately gave her a bath and cuddles, and moved both bunnies to a smaller cage so she wouldn’t have to walk as far to her food and water. I checked her again this morning, and again her hind legs were wet, the thing is still coming out of her butt only now it has poop stuck to it. What is this?? How can I help her? Thank you!

Is she spayed, or if not, is there any chance she could be pregnant? Without seeing what you're seeing, I can't tell you what it might be. But if there is something wrong with your rabbit, she needs to be seen by an experienced rabbit vet right away.
