It's most likely just an eye booger caused by allergies. Just slide it out. Have you started a new bale of hay? Is your house dusty?

Yes, I actually did it start a new bale it was quite dusty this time. I wasn’t able to get it out but she was while grooming.

I had one doe who every time I would switch bales she would get a clear nose discharge and those eye boogies. I would just slide them out. She did that for about a week and then she would be better. Don't worry about it she will be fine.

I have had problems with dusty hay before. Now when I get a dusty bale, I take a piece of hardware cloth ( it looks like the wire used on cage bottoms ) and put it over the top of a trash can. Then I throw hay down on the wire to knock the dust out of it. I use the hay on top of the wire and throw away the hay that falls through.

Oh, that's a good idea, but mine end up in trash bags. But that would work for when I go to college.
