It's hard to tell. I would give her the option to sit in front of a fan. The hard breathing could be a sign of a lung infection/pneumonia, something like that, or even stress. You can take her temperature and use this guide to help with that:

It says higher temperature can be a sign of stress too, so maybe she was hungry and in pain or something, which stressed her out, and it passed quickly?
