My bunny was in the exact position as the picture I posted reaching around his bunny to lick himself and it’s like he was stuck in that position I went to grab him and he fell flat on the floor and was frozen he wouldn’t move he was all crouched up and he was like that maybe 20 seconds and I moved him and he was just frozen! I starting praying for him and was crying and he came back but had very slow breathing I couldn’t see it feel his heart he is flopping and he peed and ate right after but I am worried sick about him!!!

It could have been a prey response where they can sort of freeze up when they're startled or frightened by something. Along those lines is the prey stress response tonic immobility, where a rabbit freezes up or is in a trance like state when on their back.

Though if you think a serious health issue occurred and/or you have concerns about the health of your rabbit, it's best to consult with a knowledgeable rabbit vet.

I took him to the emergency vet they did a wellness check up and he was perfect heart was great turns out he was playing dead trying to scare his mom. then continued to act sick to get extra attention and for me to spend $150 on an emergency visit 😂❤️ I’m glad my boy is healthy!

There are different types of seizures; the rabbit doesn’t need to shake while having it. What you described is a seizure to me. A regular check up at the Emergency Department can’t detect if the rabbit had a seizure after it’s over. Rabbits and animals in general don’t play dead in that position. I advise you to observe him often and if this happens again, a professional vet should check him.
