I know this might be on the wrong forum but I can’t for the life of me find an emergency one.
My bunny is being lethargic has clogged sinuses and white goop in his eyes. He’s still hops a little but not nearly as much and is laying down a lot, to help with his sinuses I made a sauna in my bathroom. If I keep him in my room can he infects my cats if they’re out of the room? Please I need a place to put him but I don’t want to get my cats sick as well

White discharge from the eyes and/or nose, means there's a serious bacterial infection and your rabbit needs to be seen by an experienced rabbit vet if at all possible, to get the proper rabbit safe antibiotic and other meds to treat the infection. This is actually something that can kill a rabbit as the infection spreads to other more critical parts, like the brain. So the correct treatment is absolutely essential.

I would highly urge getting your rabbit seen by a knowledgeable rabbit vet right away, if at all possible. Your rabbit may need head xrays, but in the very least will need rabbit safe antibiotics and an anti inflammatory. If your rabbit is struggling to breath, has bluish/pale mucous membranes, is mouth breathing, or any other signs of respiratory distress, this is considered an emergency and your rabbit needs to be seen immediately.

Whether or not this could affect your cats, depends on what type of bacteria is causing the infection.

Ok I’ll do my best

Two days ago I brought my bunny in because he was lethargic had goopy eyes and a stuffed nose. Now t has gotten so much worse he’s still lethargic but he coughing and it sounds like he’s purring when he breathes and he can hardly breath. I have a vet appointment tommorow morning (I could taffors to get an earlier one) I just need to get him through today and tonight what can i do

A rabbit coughing is very unusual and usually means the rabbit is experiencing significant respiratory difficulty. Which usually means this is likely an emergency and the rabbit may need immediate intervention by a knowledgeable rabbit vet, with oxygen and IV antibiotics. Your rabbit may have even developed pneumonia, which is also an immediate emergency, which requires immediate respiratory aid and IV antibiotics or the rabbit isn't likely to survive.

Call the vet today and tell them it's an emergency and your rabbit is having difficulty breathing. See if they will let you come today. Or if there are any other knowledgeable rabbit vets where you live, see if one of them will see your rabbit today.

If you don't have any other options for a good rabbit vet where you live, and your current vet can't fit you in today and you have to wait until tomorrow, you could try steam from a bowl, or bathroom with hot shower turned on (just steam, DO NOT get your rabbit wet), to see if that helps. Just be careful though, if using hot water around your rabbit, and make sure the steam isn't causing your rabbit to overheat. And do not get your rabbit wet at all.

There's also a suggestion in this link, of adding Vicks vaporub to the hot water, and the steam from that to help open up breathing passages. But it's not something I've tried.

And if in doubt, phone your vet and ask for suggestions on how to help your rabbit make it until your appointment tomorrow. They may suggest using something like a bulb syringe like used for babies, to help remove some of the mucous from the nasal opening (done with care and under vet advise), to help alleviate the breathing a little. But if your rabbit has developed pneumonia, this may not help much.

He died last night before I could do anything, but I’m keeping his appointment so I can bring in his brother and make sure he doesn’t have anything like his brother did.

I'm sorry :(

Hm, were his eye lids, base of ears swollen, puffy?
If yes, I wouldn't rule out Myxomatosis, depending on if it's even out there where you live. The timeline seems extremly short though, compared to what I've experienced.

Anyway, since that would be infectuos make sure his brother doesn't come in contact with anything your rabbit touched, until everything is desinfected. It isn't any danger for other animals.
