Hay smell

So we have our bunny newly inside with his litter box of Oaten Hay. We are cleaning the wee out twice a day. Today I’m off to get some rec paper kitty litter for under the hay.
My problem is I smell the Hay even when it’s fresh. I don’t want people to come and visit and it smells like a barn! Lol
Apart from burning a scented candle any ways to get rid of the Hay smell?

You could try some of the stuff in this vid. I use that same bedding (the pelts) Hope this helped.
