Oops, also forgot to ask, is it possible that it could be a hernia of some sort? I heard others say that hernia's are possible in people after surgery, but I wasn't sure about rabbits.

I think they are possible in rabbits.I know they can have complications similar to that. It could also be a reaction to or problem from the stitches. Fey had an ugly lump that was caused by a piece of dissolving suture that hadn't dissolved. My vet was able to take it out without anesthesia.

I'd call the vet and ask.

I called the vet earlier, and he said to bring him in tomorrow (he closed at noon today, I would've never made the hour drive in time). He said dissolveable sutures should've dissolved after3 weeks, however they wouldn't be hard even if they didn't. He explained that they are soft, like fishing string. I told him that whatever this was, it is extremely hard like a piece of metal sticking up. He said it's possible that it could've been a staple that got under the skin and was missed, even though to me it doesn't feel like a staple. He's going to the vet (AGAIN!!!!) first thing in the morning to get it checked out though.

I feel as though we live at the vet's office lately. :craziness

On another note, I just went to clean out his litterbox and found 3 extremely strange poops. They are long, thick....turds, they look like they came out of a dog! And they are very dark and look like they have SCALES, however it's actually very tiny little poops squished and stuck up all over this long.... thing. The vet said the laxatone would push the blockage out and it may would be noticeable. I wonder if this was the blockage?Thedang thing is big, and probably hurt coming out!

The tiny, stuck together moist poos are cecals.

The big blockage poops are mucous covered, so they don't appear as dark colored as cecals. They have a distinct appearance very different from normal or cecal poos.

Oops, forgot to update! Harper to went to th evet this morning to figure out what the hard thing was sticking up under his skin. He initially thought it was a staple but after examining Harper he said it was a internal sutcher that has knotted into a ball and hadn't melted away yet. He said it's no harm to Harper and should be gone in a few weeks. He also said that Harper's collar can come off in one week, YAY!

Yeah, he is pooping a heck of a lot! And his appetite is wonderful. The vet did a full check-up while we were there today and said everything seems great now. No blockages and his incision is healing wonderfully. He said once the collar comes off next week, he should be good as new! I'm so thrilled that this is all over!*Whew!*

Wanna guess as how SPOILED he will be this Christmas? :D

Sounds pretty good! Just keep a close eye on the knotted up suture. That's what Fey had, but hers didn't dissolve. Instead it started twisting around inside her, which was painful (she kept licking that spot) and developed into a visible lump. Like I said before though, my vet didn't need anesthesia to take it out.
