Gracie has red puffy eyes

Ok so one day I had noticed that my 7 mth old doe Gracie had some wierd thing in/on her eye. No one knew what it was,but we were told to give her some terramycin in her eye each day 2-3times. So we just started the medicine on monday. The sore in/on her eye is like reddish/pink with some yellow dots. We put the terramycinon and then the eyelid/skin around the eye has turned a pink color and its looking puffy and a little sore. What is this? We have brought her up to the house for around the clock care/watch and see how she recovers. What is this??

Could be a number of causes - she really needs to be taken to the vet for a proper diagnosis because eye infections can result in the loss of the eye if not properly treated.

Thanks.ray: We are going to try and get her to the vet later today or tomorrow. Im not sure if it's getting better or worse. The thing in/on her eye seems to have gotten better but is just now staying the same and the redness/puffness around her eyes just started like Tuesday morning. Do you think it could be the terramycin??:bunny19

It could be a reaction to the terramycin, but hard to know for certain.
