GIANT hair ball?? kinda urgent, vets are not open

Is this is GIANT hair ball? Or something else, he is on meds for pinworms and this thing came out, it feels like hair, and rips like hair. Does pin worm medicine just make everything come out of the instine?

If he's still eating and pooping normally otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. Sometimes they can groom off a clump of fur. Not ideal, but it can happen, and isn't a problem as long as it passes through the digestive tract like it normally needs to.
