Foster home please

Hi all,
I am currently looking for a temporary foster for my 8 year old lop eared bun Lola. She is a sweet bun but has always been an only bun due to my living situation. I have to go to therapy for some months after a car wreck. I am not able to board her because I cannot afford to. I have no family to help, and all my friends do not have bunny friendly environments. I’m very desperate for any help or advice. I can cover expenses while she is being cared for. She has a cage and everything she needs I can provide. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am located in south Mississippi, only an hour from Gulfport, MS or New Orleans, LA.

I can't foster, but other people may be able to help if you provide this info: Are you wanting an indoor or outdoor setup? And are you willing to drive to the foster's location?

I’m looking for an indoor setup, or anything really. I don’t want to take her to the shelter. I can drive her to the temporary foster. I can provide her cage, which is about a 2ft by 4ft dimensions, food, treats, for her stay. I shld not be in therapy more than two months. I will hVe the exact dates I can repost when I find out in 2 weeks.

Good luck [emoji256] maybe you can also leave a written letter out in your nearest shop like on a pin wall/ blackboard.
Maybe a teenager would be happy to help out two months also to see if a rabbit is the right pet for him her before she or he would get one themselves.

Here are places who take rabbits while you are on holiday. You have to pay 4€ per day and they get food and a place in or outdoor to themselves. Do a research if u have something similar over at yours.

Animal shelters also sometimes take rabbits when u can tell them when u collect it again or at least they also help searching for foster homes.

But most important! Get well soon again after your accident! Health is the most important thing in the world.

Did you find a foster ? I’m located above bay St. Louis ms in kiln . I will foster a healthy rabbit
