They're so adorable! If I was out your way, I would be so tempted to ask to adopt one of those cuties
Are they the really big bunnies? Are you selling them?Don't say I didn't warn you...they are deathly cute!! All are thriving and have pudgy little tummies exception one. We took the little peanut today and held Velvet and attempted to let him nurse by himself a little. Time will tell if he makes it - his sibs are definitely outpacing him in size.
6 babies of furry adorableness below - last warning! ;-)
Yep, they are Flemish Giants (Sandy colored). When you think the size of these rabbits, think the size of a Sheltie dog. We are rehoming a few of them to perfect match homes. If we don't find good matches, we are keeping them all.Are they the really big bunnies? Are you selling them?
That is so awesome. I'm so glad you took her in to give her a great home!So very cute. We rescued an English Spot mix from a shelter--said she was about 9 months old, 7 pounds and very skinny. Turns out she was a 3 month old Checkered Giant and at a year, she was just short of 20 pounds, and the biggest rabbit we've ever seen--she was very sweet and definitely a lap rabbit. Just love the big ones!
Bun piles are the cutest every time!Update on the gorgeous babies. They are so loving and sweet. We recently found great homes for two of the boys. We still have 2 girls and 1 boy left that are available for loving homes outside of Jacksonville, Florida. Experienced rabbit keepers that won't keep them on wire, please inquire.
Last pic is of our lovely daddy, Pinto, 11 months old, held by our 5 ft 9 daughter.
By the way (edited to say,) the first pic of the babies is them out in an X-pen while we pressured washed out their pen, not a permanent place. They decided to play bun pile.
