EMERGENCY!!! rabbit isn’t pooping

So I just got my new bun 2 days ago and he is in my room. I have him a cardboard box to chew along with toilet paper rolls and a paper bag. I noticed that instead of just chewing those items he ingests parts of them too. He hasn’t pooped since early this morning and it is now 8 pm. He is running around and drinking. He has only eaten a couple pieces of hay today but otherwise seems fine. I don’t know what to do!!

Hmmm, new buns are sometimes like that, especially young ones. One of mine was extremely shy to, and didn’t seem to eat much, she’s getting better though. I’m sure yours will too!

Take out the cardboard type stuff and refresh his hay. It's important he eat loads of hay. You want him eating his body size in hay every day. The hay will help him to poo as well. It's the best thing for his gut.

Hi! Have you taken your bunny to the vet for an initial check up to ensure he is healthy? This would help find out if they have any underlying sickness.

Can you check his tummy if he's bloated? maybe try to massage it. I agree with the previous message, remove the cardboard and give more hay =)
