Do wood floors in homes cause sore hocks?

My mini rex has sore hocks and I’ve tried everything. Could the slippery-ish floors be giving him sore hocks? Or at least making things worse?

Yes, at least my vet said that hard floors can cause sore hocks. My buck was bleeding all over the house. So I covered everthing with rugs and cardboard, fenced off the asphalt area of the yard - that did work, he healed pretty quick. Although I still think the asphalt was the main culprit my house floor is still covered with cardboard and rugs.

They could be. Definitely take your rabbit to an exotics vet and try to confine him to an area with rugs or cardboard for his poor feet.
