I happen to agree. Zoey was uncomfortable for a few days after still, I don't know how much worse it would have been had she had a conventional spay seeing as how I've never had another doe spayed before. I can see about the only benefit is the size of the wound, as you can see from the picture, it is tiny -- about the size of the tip of my pinky.
My vet only does laser spays/neuters now however, because of the cost of the machine, he needs to earn the money back to pay it off so that's how he does it and typically speaking, laser spays are more expensive but you can't beat $110 -- laser or not.
