Dislocated, fractured, broken? (RIP)

seeking opinion on what this looks like. I am taking my rabbits to the vet first thing tomorrow when the specialist is on site. If I take her immediately she will be kept overnight to wait for the specialist anyway. She is eating and drinking and does not look currently in huge distress, I also have administered meloxicam for pain relief. Her foot is bent and floppy. She is laying stretched out. You can see from the third image her whole shoulder looks out compared to her right side.

I’d like to know if anyone could comment on what kind of injury this looks like. I assume it happened from her charging up and down the ramp I placed on the stairs for her.

It's impossible to know without an exam and xrays. Either one is going to require splinting or surgery.

In the interest of sharing info, ill close this thread out. The vet has advised us that it is not broken or dislocated (X-ray) but she has a very large and quick growing tumor in her chest that has pushed her leg out and likely engulfed the nerves of her leg. We had a vet checkup 2 months ago and this tumor was not spotted, so the vet believes it is very fast growing. The vet did not advise a CT as she did not want to put her under and suggested we end her life.

You can see in the photos I originally posted that there is a large mass in her dewlap. We also got her from a rescue who advised us she was desexed and 4 years old. I think she was actually only 1-2 (make her 6-7 now) and I’ve had a suspicion that they never did desex her.

We decided to bring her home as she is still eating, drinking and moving around and will provide painkillers until otherwise. She is now cuddleing her partner and enjoying all the treats we can offer.

My little Nightfury lived for another 19 weeks with the chest tumor before passing away from cardiac arrest today. She slowly became immobile, unable to clean herself, had an escalated heart rate for 6 weeks - but ate all the up to her death. The chest tumor was huge and eventually took all the weight off her small body. I weighed her after death and it was as hard as a rock and weighed 2-3kg.

Very sorry to hear of your loss. We had a 10-year-old bun who eventually couldn't keep himself upright any more because of a large mass under his armpit, and it is distressing to watch the progression of something like this, but it looks like you did great keeping her comfortable and happy. Thank you so much for updating, since often these threads just end with silence, leaving everyone wondering what happened next.
