Just wondering if anyone has thuts on the occasional few days of tiny rabbit poops mixed with their normal size?(see pic). I'm assuming it's a food issue, our baby is free roam, goes outside to grass a couple hours a day (it's mid winter now!) And eats lots of grass and hay. She has about the right quarter eggcup of pellets, but she does get a teaspoon or 2 of treats daily (if I'm honest) which are those diced and dried carrot and parsnip bits, or dried carrot sliced or just an oat and banana biscuit treat......she is free roam always, no cage so gets good exercise....tho is a tad round! See pic. But now and again we get these tiny poops mixed in with her normal ones. Love to hear people's thuts, hate to be doing anything bad. Had her 6 months tho she is a year and a half. Thanks guys!

(I'm EJOMO the writer of the thread- just getting used to how to post - think I used a thread rather than a post for this and now I can't find my pics so I'm going to add them here!! My apologies - I am new, have to work out how to use this forum better!!

My bunny, "Rabbit" had very tiny dried up poop for the longest time. But he also had sticky globs of cecotropes. I changed his diet due to that condition. By doing that his poop has become normal now. I was feeding him oats as he would not eat pellets at all. I should not have fed him oats and I think that is what made his poop so tiny and dry. Now he eats a lot more hay than before. So I would think it is possibly a diet issue.

Your bunny is adorable!

Thank you, yes I think u are rite, it has to be the diet altho I think I read somewhere that small poops can be an onset of moulting type issue....tho she doesn't appear to be doing that apart from a bit of a 'hem' around her I can seem to brush out coz she won't let me brush there yet! Persevering gently tho!! Thanks for your comments guys!
