If it's not split open, I would keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't develop infection(red, inflamed, signs of pus, or lump indicating possible abscess) and that it heals properly. If it is split open and is deep, it needs to be seen by a knowledgeable rabbit vet to get stitched and your bun likely put on an anti inflammatory(meloxicam) and a rabbit safe antibiotic(eg. baytril). If this is affecting your rabbits appetite and eating, then regular daily syringe feeding will also be necessary.

As Jbun said, just watch it. If it's not to deep and stops bleeding(for the most part at the start) it should heal on it's own rather fast and with no issue, do to the type of tissue is it. Do you know what caused it? Did they have her teeth filed down before you got them? As if the teeth caused it, they might need to be filed so it doesnt happen again. To ease your worries, when i rescued mine in my front yard, she had a large scratch right on the mid section on her back and in my case a little hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip once a day did the trick to where you never will see it again. You could also use hydrogen peroxide as it's rabbit safe, just use a q-tip so you don't use a lot. You should be fine, but just monitor for infection and for the bleeding to stop.
